5/5. I am genuinely impressed with this dealership and the team. I lived in 5 countries and Scott Subaru is second to none. I was expecting a different approach from the moment I learned that Scott Subaru is the only dealership in Canada and basically, one of the few building in general in Alberta that were built according to the Passivhaus standards; and yet they exceeded my expectations. No pushing or scam technics of ANY kind, no time wasted on anything. It was so simple and straightforward that I was waiting for something to spoil the experience till the very end. Well, it was great from the initial call to the moment I left in a new Subaru Outback few days ago. And special thanks to Ryan. Dealing with him was a breeze. Extremely efficient and to the point. I loved how he managed to save my time and at the same time provide amazing service, including coming to work during his day off, because I couldn't do it any other day.
Our Forester started making odd noises on the highway just outside of Red Deer, so we found our way to Scott Subaru. Ashley and her team were very accommodating to fit in our vehicle to be assessed, and they provided a comprehensive and clear breakdown of all the issues they found.
They were helpful in clarifying what issues would be covered by warranty and what wasn't, and they moved swiftly to get our vehicle repaired. I was impressed by their customer service and use of technology to keep us in the loop.
The only thing that was out of our control was waiting for the parts to arrive, so I had to wait a bit longer than expected for the repairs to be done.
Otherwise, I am very glad that my car's servicing was handled by Scott Subaru as they were very professional and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle!
